ibwet Terms & Conditions
This page sets out all the official rules and procedures you need to know when using ibwet's services.
1. Agreement and Use of Services
By accessing ibwet's website, mobile platform and all related services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with each of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the service.
These terms and conditions constitute a formal agreement between ibwet and its players. If a player continues to use the service without being aware of these policies, ibwet will not be responsible for any consequences that arise. We recommend reviewing this page again before each visit.
2. Account Registration and Sign-Up
At ibwet, each individual player is allowed to open only one personal account. If it is found that a player has opened more than one account, ibwet reserves the right to void any winnings, suspend the account, and forfeit any remaining balance.
2.1 Accurate Information
The information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ibwet may verify any account opened with incorrect or incomplete information at any time and may request the player to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
2.2 Account Security
Do not share your login details (username and password) with anyone. The player is solely responsible for any third-party access to their account. If you become aware that an unauthorised person has accessed your account, contact ibwet customer service immediately.
3. Age Restriction
Players must be 21 or older to use ibwet's services. ibwet strictly prohibits anyone under 21 from participating. ibwet may request proof of a player's date of birth at any time, and if the age verification fails, the account will be suspended immediately and any funds may be returned.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The available deposit methods at ibwet are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, and no single deposit by any method may fall below this amount.
Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits made under a third party's name are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed by ibwet within one hour, though this may take longer due to verification checks or technical issues.
- A player's account details must be complete and accurate before a withdrawal can be made.
- ibwet may also require that withdrawals be made only through the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements related to bonuses have been met — see Section 5 for details.
- If a withdrawal needs to be reviewed due to suspected fraud, ibwet may place it on temporary hold.
5. Bonus Policy
To claim bonuses and rewards offered by ibwet, players must fulfil a play-through condition known as wagering requirements.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
On your first deposit, you can receive a 100% bonus on the deposited amount, up to 500,000 Ks. The bonus funds can only be withdrawn after fulfilling a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.
Example:
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering = 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
- Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,520,000 Ks → Wagering = 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per person — one per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- If it is found that a player has attempted to claim a bonus fraudulently, ibwet may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
- If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus funds may be forfeited — ibwet will discuss this with the player in advance.
- ibwet may change, adjust, or cancel bonus offers and wagering requirements without prior notice.
6. Gaming Policy
All games on the ibwet platform are designed with adequate randomness and appropriate safeguards. ibwet is committed to ensuring that all gameplay takes place in a transparent and fair environment.
6.1 Fair Play
- Players must use only fair and legitimate methods of play.
- Third-party software, bots, exploit techniques, or any attempt to manipulate games are not permitted.
- ibwet may suspend the accounts of players who harass or threaten other players on the platform or disrupt staff who are there to provide services.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions
ibwet may review and adjust any bets or games that were processed incorrectly due to a technical error. If a player is found to have intentionally exploited such an error for gain, any winnings or bonuses received will be voided.
7。 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ibwet platform—
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Hacking or reverse engineering of games and software
- Lending, selling, or transferring accounts
- Opening multiple accounts from a single player to claim bonuses repeatedly (Bonus Abuse)
- Filing an unauthorized chargeback with your bank against a withdrawal request
- Threatening or harassing ibwet players or staff
If any of the above actions are found, ibwet may close the account and forfeit the remaining balance without prior notice, and will take action in accordance with applicable laws.
8。 VIP Program and Rewards
ibwet's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As players move up tiers based on their play history, they receive unlimited weekly cashback rewards—
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week
ibwet may give advance notice of changes to VIP rewards, and rewards may be adjusted based on a player's VIP tier downgrade.
9。 Personal Data Protection
Personal data provided by players is handled in accordance with ibwet's privacy policy. Data is protected using SSL encryption. Player personal data will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances without a legal request.

10。 Account Decisions
10.1 Account Closure by Player
A player may close their account voluntarily by requesting it through ibwet's customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned via the designated method.
10.2 Closure by ibwet
If a breach of these terms is found, ibwet has the right to suspend the account immediately and without prior notice. Any remaining balance under review at the time of suspension will only be processed after ibwet has made a final decision.
11。 Limitation of Liability
ibwet provides its services on an "as-is" basis and limits its liability for financial losses arising from technical disruptions, Wi-Fi failures, third-party intrusions, or the player's own actions.
ibwet will handle losses a player suffers due to temporary service interruptions or errors (for example, a game being cut off mid-play), but does not guarantee reimbursement of unreasonable costs.
12。 Changes to Terms
ibwet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and players will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after a change is announced will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
